THE SALEEN 351 GOES PUBLIC

CORONA, CA–(Marketwired – Jul 8, 2013) – Saleen Automotive Inc. Along with the name change, FINRA has approved the changing of the Company stock ticker symbol to (OTCBB: SLNN) from the previously used (OTCBB: WSTY). The name and ticker changes are subsequent to Saleen Automotive completing its merger with W270, Inc., as announced on June 27, 2013.

Yesterday, Saleen Automotive Inc. (OTCBB: WSTY), announced that it completed a reverse merger with W270 Inc. to become a publicly traded entity on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol “WSTY”. W270, INC. COMPLETES MERGER WITH SALEEN AUTOMOTIVE, INC.

CORONA, CA–(Marketwired – Jun 27, 2013) – W270, Inc. (OTCBB: WSTY) today announced that it has completed its merger to acquire 100% of Saleen Automotive, Inc. and SMS Signature Cars (“Saleen” or “the Company”), a performance automotive company that manufactures, upgrades, and sells high-end sports cars and related parts. W270, Inc. changed its name to Saleen Automotive, Inc. on June 17, 2013.

Concurrent with the merger, Saleen Automotive, Inc. raised an aggregate principle amount of $3,000,000 (including the conversion of $500,000 of existing notes) via a securities purchase agreement with accredited investors.

W270, INC. ENTERS MERGER AGREEMENT WITH SALEEN ENTITIES

NEWPORT BEACH, CA–(Marketwired – May 30, 2013) – W270, Inc. (OTCQB: WSTY) (OTCBB: WSTY) today announced that it has entered into a binding Agreement and Plan of Merger (Merger Agreement) with Saleen California Merger Corporation, Saleen Florida Merger Corporation, SMS Signature Cars, Saleen Automotive, Inc. and Steve Saleen. SMS Signature Cars and Saleen Automotive, Inc. (the Saleen entities) operate a performance automotive enterprise that manufactures and sells high-end sports cars and related parts. Subsequent to the anticipated closing of the merger transactions, the business operations of the Saleen entities will comprise the Company’s business operations.

The closing of the merger transactions is subject to several conditions, including without limitation, satisfactory completion of the Company’s due diligence investigation and the Company’s entry into a definitive agreement regarding the sale of at least $3,000,000 in senior secured convertible notes. If the merger transactions are consummated, the Saleen entities will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company and Steve Saleen and the other holders of Saleen Automotive’s common stock will hold approximately 93% of the Company’s outstanding shares immediately after the merger transactions. There can be no assurance that the conditions to the closing of the merger transactions will be satisfied, or that the merger transactions will be consummated.

In addition, the Company has declared for stockholders of record of its common stock as of May 23, 2013, subject to the closing of the merger transactions, a per share dividend of $0.035 in cash. The Company shall pay and issue such dividend within ten (10) business days after the closing date of the merger transactions.

On May 30, 2013, the Company filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission and directs interested parties to such filing and the documents attached thereto as exhibits for further information regarding the merger transactions.

PRLog – May 18, 2013 – CARLISLE, Pa. — Many great guests have made special appearances at weekends produced by Carlisle Events. Some names have been bigger than others, but no name has been bigger at the Carlisle Ford Nationals in quite some time than the one who will be attending in 2013. Courtesy of the Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club, guests during the June 7-9 event weekend at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds can meet, talk with and get and autograph or photo from the one and only Steve Saleen.

A very popular name within automotive circles, Steve Saleen has been associated with many great milestones in motorsports history. Saleen was born in California and attended USC, earning a degree in business. He parlayed his education into a booming career that saw him work with the Porsche Owners Club before becoming a competitive racer. In 1980, he entered the Formula Atlantic series and was third in the final series standings. After that, he advanced to the SCCA Trans-Am series in ’82, driving a Ford Mustang. From there, his passion for the Mustang grew immensely, culminating with the founding of Saleen Autosport in 1983 and subsequent building of the first Saleen Mustang.

In 1984, the car was completed, tested and raced against some of the world’s top cars, finishing first in its class at the Mosport 24 hour endurance race. Years later, Saleen formed a race team with comedian Tim Allen and driver Bob Bondurant. The three raced Saleen Mustangs in the SCAA World Challenge. Inducted into the Mustang Hall of Fame in 1996 along side Carroll Shelby, Saleen remains active today, primarily with his namesake company, Saleen Inc.

The autograph sessions take place at the Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club tent, plus the Q&A time will be part of his seminars held in the seminar tent. Complete tent locations will be available within the free event directory, offered as part of the Goody Bags, at Guest Services and handed out at each point of entry on grounds.
